SHIPPING POLICY

Once the product is ordered and paid for by the client. We can ship the product to you via Courier or you can ask your friends or family member to collect it from our store and ship it. If you need the product to be shipped at any address in India then we do provide FREE Shipping throughout INDIA. 


All the orders are shipped within 15-25 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Additionally, you're provided with the option to track your order online, after it is shipped.  
 
Please note that an additional 5 working days will be taken to deliver the product if you have ordered it with the stitching facility.  
 
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.  
 
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.  
 
Further, if you're purchasing multiple items and wish to ship them to different addresses, you're recommended to place them as different orders. However, if you've ordered multiple items in a single transaction and wish to ship them to a single destination, the delivery date will be set as per the availability of the last ordered product. If you wish to cancel part of your order, the applicable shipping charges will remain the same, and shall not be refunded.
 
Custom duties and other levies in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Our prices do not include duties for any country.


Perfect Packaging.

We ensure excellent and secure packaging of all the products shipped by us so that you get your garments/ purchases in perfect condition. However, if you ever receive your parcel in a tampered condition, we request you to first take a few clear pictures of the tampered package, before opening it further. Please mail these images to smadhavindia02@gmail.com at the earliest, mentioning order details. We will try our best to resolve the issue, if possible.


Delivery

Once an order is placed and the payment is confirmed – the product enters its delivery cycle. An ordered product may or may not be available at our warehouse when an order is placed. Thus, some products may enter the procurement
process upon order. Upon procurement, a product undergoes several quality checks– and finishing processes (as required) – and may go for customization/ stitching/ final fitting (as per the product type/customer order. Post this, the order is dispatched and shipped to the destination. Your Shipping Address = Destination. The Dispatch Time – visible on the product page, when you buy – refers to the time when we will dispatch an ordered product from our offices to your shipping address/ destination.
The Delivery Time - Once a product is dispatched from our end, it is handed over to our shipping agents, who ensure that it is delivered to the destination in time.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to provide best quality products and services to our customer. In case if you are unsatisfied with our product and service, you may contact us using our customer support number or send a feedback email on smadhavindia02@gmail.com. We will revert back at the earliest with a solution.  

 

There will be "No Exchange/Return & No Refund" for Products purchased under any Offer / Discount / Sale whatsoever. 

 

If the customer cancels any style or styles once the order is processed and request for a refund, there will be a charge of 3% on the total refund amount which will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer.

 

In case if SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR has made the product as per the customers measurement or if the product is "Made to Order" while placing the order, we follow “No Return No Exchange” policy. In this case SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever. 

 

In case of outer packing of the product is damaged then immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product, before accepting the package from the courier company. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark as a proof on the delivery document. 
 
We strive to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in case the item is damaged during transit or there is a manufacturing defect, SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR shall agree to provide credit to be used by the customer for further purchase. No refund will be provided in such case. 

 

In case of any other complaints about product or our service you can email SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR at smadhavindia02@gmail.com, within 2 days of product receipt.  

SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product if customer returns any product, before receiving confirmation from SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR.  
 
Return of products purchased under any offer or discount is not possible. 

 

We recommend Professional Dry Cleaning for all products sold on our website. 

 

Fabrics such as net, all types of silk, satin, cotton, linen, etc. do not come with any kind of Guarantee.   
 

Complaint Mail   
Any complaint regarding the order should be made within 2 days from the receipt of the package. Also record video clip of defect. Complaint mail should contain comprehensive details of the defects/ complaints of every aspect of the order/ packing or delivery as we examine the returned products for all such defects/ variations that are defined in the customer’s email.   
 
Product Return                                        
All defective products being returned to SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR shall be done only through registered airmail/courier.   
 
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards Shipping & packaging charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.  
 
All defective products along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR within seven working days from receipt of confirmation for the same SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR.  
 
Safe receipt of defective product by SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR is sole responsibility of the customer.  
 
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR is unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.  
 
International Returns  
SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, SIROKI ETHNIC WEAR reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item. 
 
Cancellation 
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of the date of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will process your refund for the items(s). You will be notified for the same.
